Turnout up, seems like close to 55/45 UKIP vote in favour of the Tories but Labour numbers up more than the Tories. That puts 40 Tory marginals with a 5 000 majority within striking distance for Labour.

55/45 is mindboggling if true. Lets none of us forget that we went into the Jamie Reed / Tristram Hunt by-elections with senior people telling us that UKIP would replace Labour.
 
If I'm reading this right, the UKIP collapse hasn't entirely gone to the Tories. Maybe about 2/3rds? If that's right, then it's encouraging right?
Loads of ukip referendum voters are traditional labour voters

Losses to the Tories won't be as bad as the exit poll. Looks like most the ukip votes are going to them.
