You know in Singapore there are no homeless....everyone has a fair wage per job...even the cheap HDB buildings are nice inside...

Amazing safe infrastructure...everyone happy...no issues....family oriented.

You're sure about that bit are you? Also, pretty sure it's not far off a police state.

So what... for many years, the only stamps I had on my passport were for East Germany, Russia and the Ukraine, does that make me a communist ?

For the record, I went there to watch ice hockey and needed invitations to qualify for the visas ;)
Nothing wrong with being communist comrade

Got halfway down the list....university lecturers lol lol lol
I don't know if you've studied economics, but what Labour are proposing, a mixed economy, is exactly what Keynes believed in. Are you familiar with Keynes? He was Margaret Thatcher's favourite economist.

hahaha youre kidding about the wages right?

Education is up there amongst the worlds best...people can be very highly qualified and push out to Cambridge/Harvard at their leisure...

There is literally no problems there, compared to the UK.

Look at the way they've handled the different races there also, mingling together...

I'm not sure how to take you seriously (in this thread) when you quote university lecturers regarding the economy.

You realise they have a vested interest to vote labour right?

Is this where you live? Where you need security cos your neighbour bumped in to you?

Minimum wage in Singapore is about £7k a year, as opposed to £15k here.

To be fair, its' not a question of there's so much wrong with it. Brown and Blair messed up the economy, instead of taxing people they borrowed vast amounts of money. Instead of renationalising utilities they cosied up to big business. They also got us involved in wars in the Middle East. You can't exonerate them from blame. You can, however, exonerate Corbyn from this as he voted against all of this. Labour now is not "New Labour", and you can't blame the son for the sins of the father.

Why would you ever want to nationalise utilities? Just create rules so there cant be a monopoly and its fairly priced and well serviced...

By all means take a small stake but nationalise?? no way

I'm not quoting a lecturer mate, I'm quoting arguably the foremost economist in the history of the world.

And the housing / food / living costs :)
To live in paradise.

Btw how many people in SG are even on minimum wage? Also, the family homes shoulder a lot of the burden for the elderly.

it is illegal to not support the elderly family members
