I reckon it will be about 9 or 10 points on Thursday
No.

Just no.

Best case scenario for the Tories is a 7 point gap and to grab 50-55 majority...which in and of itself would be pitiful considering where they started out from.

Corbyn and the Labour left are set to be the conditional winners at this election. What happens in the LP is at least as important for this country as the Brexit-bitch slapping we receive in the next few years under the Tories and at the hands of the EU. The whole way we do politics is turning away from two parties devoted to neo-liberalism to one party devoted to narrow minded economic nationalism and one party devoted to social and economic justice on this island.

The old ways have been blown apart for ever.

Top universities a ‘breeding ground’ for Tories, warn Islamic groups
June 7, 2011
Written by Spacey
Islamic groups have accused top Universities of complacency in tackling the number of people on campus expressing the sort of views normally associated with members of the Conservative party.

Aadil Jabbour from Nottingham University’s Islamic Society said, “I think for too long there’s been complacency around these top universities. I don’t think they have been sufficiently willing to recognise the number of Tories preaching hysteria on their campuses.”

The Federation of Student Islamic Societies has identified 40 English universities where there could be a “particular risk” of people being recruited to the youth wing of the UK Conservative Party.

National Union of Students president Aaron Porter echoed the concerns raised by Islamic groups.

“The problem of conservatism at universities has been apparent for some time, I think we’ve seen a steady increase in incidents on campus,”

He said there had been numerous cases of “people wearing barbour jackets”, as well as “hate incidents directed towards the unemployed, the sick and foxes”.

Universities a ‘front’ for Tory recruitment
However, Nicola Dandridge, the chief executive of the Vice-Chancellors body Universities UK, said there was “no evidence” that universities were “complacent” about the number of conservatives walking openly around student university bars.

“Universities are engaging with student unions to try to deal with anyone who is actively engaging in making up statistics to back up their views on reform to the NHS or the benefit system,” she insisted.

“Views that do not break the law need to be expressed, even if we find those views repulsive and offensive."

Agree with this. Corbyn has done fantastically well to get this even this close considering the gap of 24 points at the start.

People are slowly seeing there is a different way to do things and i just hope it's quick enough to make a difference this election.

I have been a Corbyn supporter from the very start he just resonated with me so well.

One in the eye for the so called experts and the plp who gave him no chance.

Nice. But an outlier for me, same as the ComRes one earlier.

This is a 4-6 point race IMO.

Not quite hung parliament but a very VERY small Tory majority that will see May consigned to the dustbin in about 12 months time.

Labour Party refuseniks need to either walk out and get a new party going or should be expelled post election.

Corbyn and his team will need to be decisive. Get these right wing free market Quislings out of the party and make it one dedicated to socialist principles again.

Wholeheartedly agree. Think the cabinet (ok wishful thinking) shadow cabinet post election will be interesting.

I expect the last one of the night from yougov to show a shift to Labour and the difference to be 2% or static at 3/4%

The mean would be about 5% Tory lead, which is where I think it probably is and will stay.

Tory paper making sure the Tory voters coming out and vote? Hope it's true like though.

I believe it's the only poll of the 7 to come out today that was taken Post-Corbyn vs May QT.

What that means, who knows.

Think there's a poll due out after YouGov too (ICM).

I actually think the YouGov poll may show a Labour lead - their methodology is clearly a little off, so it's plausible.
