Loans aren't all bad, look at Donovan and Pienaar. We have very little finance for any spending so Moyes obviously can't go out and get in anyone just for numbers. I think any deal though should include an option to buy price at the end of the loan. If we had done that with Pienaar, I don't think spurs would have demanded quite as much, but as he did so well for us, his value increased.

Obviously its not Moyes fault we dont have enough money to go buy world class talent every transfer window but it will be his fault if we dont spend the small amount of money we have this window. A loan or two would do, even without a buy option.

we wont even start looking at players until the last 48 hours of the window. I wouldn't fret about 'if we dont spend anything' until the clock strikes midnight on deadline day.
