Given the financial constraints under which we operate, should we not be looking at players with six months or less on their contracts? Tom Ince and Liam Bridcutt both fit the bill.
Also, I'd love to see us hijack Hawwy Kidnapp's rumoured move for Kranjcar. Although with QPR throwing £110k-a-week deals around like confetti, it's obviously not going to happen.

I genuinely think Kenwright gets a kick out of pretending we have money, entering negotiations fantasising about big-name players joining his Everton... then realising it's all a dream and we've no chance of getting them.
