It's sad that £8 million is such a daunting figure for us - that was the fee paid Liverpool paid for their secondary signing - but it is, and so on that note, anyone else worried now that a) we can't afford anyone else and b) the pressure on him is massive?
He needs to start performing right away. We are in desperate need of quality. Would love some proven Premiership experience - Donovan one good example

I doubt he knows of our financial difficulties, to be honest. In his eyes he's just coming to a great club.
