they wouldn't have gone down anyway. great to watch them struggle, but there are a lot of gasher teams around them as well that will surely find 3.

Fair point....though that would cause problems with teams that have more than one player poached in a transfer window and then cannot replace them. The bigger problem is the fact that there is no limit on wages and many players (but not all thankfully) will go to the Man Citys and collect £200k a week even if they sit on the bench rather than play in a first team elsewhere for £50k a week.

gotta be honest, i wasn't being serious. there is no way anything like this would be allowed so it's not even up for debate. wenger just moaning because he's not getting it all his own way again. he needs to stop moaning about others and actually spend the money he has at his disposal. a thing like this would help as we're always skint, but i'd find it a bit boring if there was only 1 transfer per club
