We had umbro, people moaned cheap sh*t.
We had puma people moaned cheap sh*t
We had lcs people moaned cheap sh*t
Reading across the forums the majority seemed to have wanted Nike.
Well we now have Nike.
People moan, too expensive.
For me it's the club crest that matters not the manufacturers logo.

Well yes, i doubt it's the same people.

Still thinking about whether to order one or not, it's so much money.

Thing is though mate, it's not food, drink or drugs that are consumed relatively quickly. It's clothing, the shirt of our team, it's nice, it's Nike, and providing its looked after, it'll last you a very long time. My most current home shirt is the 2008 one. I love it, wear it all the time, and it looks nearly brand new wash after wash. Defo got my money's worth there and will continue to.

I'll be buying the new away shirt in a few weeks and probably at least one of the training shirts.

One of the other lads said about fleecing fans. Unless we magic more fans with money out of nowhere, we as fans can strike a deal in which we get a boss shirt and inject funds into the club at the same time. What happens to those funds is an issue for another thread of course.

I'm worried it won't be available via Nike.com and the Nike stores throughout the world given our awful Kitbag deal..

We'd miss out on a great potential presence there!

I have to get atleast one shirt every year so they have atleast £50 in the bank from me.

Also the Nike hoodies at JD sports online shop range between £45-70 or non reduced items.

The Grey and white Everton hoody with the badge is £40.

I think youre right mate. Someone else pointed it out that good business sense would secure short deals in order to search elsewhere for better prospects as football changes so quick and players come and go.

This is the sort of thing the fans should be putting to the club.

I do think the kitbag deal was likely struck in order to use it as a guarantee on further loans. The club is always living on borrowed money and that needs to change with better strategies.

Try having to pay £80 (AUD$120) in Australia and they never go on sale. Even though jerseys are always made in our region.

No-one has mentioned the new home kit,by putting out the Amazing away kit first does Nike think we won't notice when they release the cheap looking home kit with them nasty White arm bands?
