£87 For the full kit for my daughter

Sorry but time for us to make a stand against what the club did over the majority of fans... I have Sons and Grandchildren that will defo not be wearing any of that ...
in fact last years top is well good enough .....its Blue and its White...and the badge is not ****e ....

Funny, I was under the impression it was being a fan, what about match tickets? Sheep also?

You can be a tramp in last Seasons gear if you want, not me tho lad, buying the full kit next week, socks and all.
 
Might ask the daughter if she likes the training kit instead which will be half the price, most of her mates will be in the new Liverpool kit and she wanted the new one, but the price is steep, my daughter not really bothered about the badge, she only a kid.

On the plus side, the kids new team has training gear, so the time when they would normally wear Everton kits and face being cut in 2 for wearing last years gear isn't happening this season, I only buy them when reduced anyway as i'm not made of sterling ffs, and if we're 10 points clear and still in the cups at that point then I'll prob get them.


*prepare for a 'surcharge' anyone that loses their keys.


kopites & mancs already face 1 this season as they all get on my wick

Spot on mate, see if shes happy with the training gear for a season. Like you said £87 for full kit is far too much. Isnt a kids season ticket only £100 or something like that? That puts it into perspective. My sons 4 years old and I aint buying him bo diddly squat this year due to the badge. It would look bigger than his head which is big enough like mine as it is! Kits horrible without the badge anyway but he can survive for a season with last seasons top.
 
my kids won't be getting this years kit, not because of the badge which I hate but because I cannot afford it, both lads are in the junior kits now can't get away with buying one full kit and a baby kit. I actually waited til February to buy this years shirt for myself and got them the blue and black kits for Xmas. I still do enough to make them evertonians, most kids in my eldest's school wear barca or Madrid kits anyway so he's not gonna have his head turned to the dark side. as soon as we get rid of kitbag and get back into high street sport stores the better.

same here mate, last seasons will do fine for my 3 year old

I always think thats the best way to do things anyway mate, get them slightly cheaper and make a cracking christmas present. In fact Everton are so slow in releasing the kits its never far off Christmas anyway when it comes to buying them!
 
What's sad is that, even if you shell out the money for the shirt and add in a name, number, and badges, they don't give you the authentic printing and badges.
 
EFC doesnt make any money from shirt sales - Kitbag does
Add into the mix one of the biggest corporate clangers of the modern era - that badge - means it is not even worth considering buying the kit
 
When is the away kit launched ?

Cos unless Blackburn are gonna wear theirs we'll either be wearing the new one or last seasons.

I expect that given the way Nike have handled shiz thus far they'll release a white away kit this week and we'll either end up in last season black one or the unreleased 3rd.

When we had the Hi-viz it was worn at west brom having not been released and was supposed to be 'Euro Away kit' nobody had the nouse to realise after the fixtures came out that the home & change strips would both be unsuitable for the opening game of the season.
I don't think we actually got to wear it as a euro away either ?
