    Not DoF though, that ship has sailed under Moyes. I don't know about Thelwell, because he was nipped in the bud. Don't know how he works under normal conditions. He has not set the world alight at Rangers mind. So he could simply be a 'genius of the system', someone who works exceptionally well...
