Putting faith in 'maybes' & 'hopes' is fine but after the last few years I am looking at things with a more realistic or face value eye but optimistic at the same time.

Next season we have already potentially got a £72m bill to pay with Merlin & Jack. Lots on here saying it won't end up being 50 for Jack but if he has the season we all hope he has then it probably will be 50m. Why would City take less? I'm sure the 72 is spread about over several windows but...

Great start to his season, especially when you consider what positions he's been moved around into. I think he really likes playing with Grealish too.

A quality player with real goal scoring ability. Just wish he would play the simple pass after doing 3 of the oppos players with skill when outside the box. When that skill gets him to the edge of the box or inside then crack on lad & have the shot but otherwise look to play in the striker...
