Barry is just awful. You can see by his body language and decisions with the ball that he has no way of moving with the ball to beat a man and you can see from the way that his team mates play around him that they have no faith in him doing anything.

We need to get rid of him immediately. I’d have rather they put George up front, at least he can travel with the ball and shoot.

His lack of effort is more startling.

What did George do when he came on? Nothing. Apart from a good spell at Brentford George hasn’t exactly pulled up trees here. Dibling hasn’t had a chance. Our squad is poor, had to do a complete re-build on a £113mil budget.

Barry was terrible, went missing from moment came on pitch. Seemed to not want the ball. Never running into space or anticipating a chance (e.g. McNeil cross)… we were noticeably a poorer team after Beto went off.

Jury was out. Not after today. Move him on in the summer.

George never got going. Got bullied.

Beto. KDH. Nydiae played well. A couple of others ok. We seemed to wilt when had 11 minutes extra time I thought.

Why is such hard work being an Everton fan. Honestly so frustrating. Beto going off killed us, George did nothing, Branthwaite won't be seen until summer at best but the thing that is really annoying is the relentless ability for us to not step up when a chance of success is on the horizon.
That last goal was a proper punch to the gut but sadly it's what we are accustomed to.
