I think both could do a very good job for us at the right price. Delap has more to offer than what's on show at Chelsea. A settled team and a simpler Moyes set up I personally think would see much more from him.

Moyes has done an excellent job, but yes, his complete mistrust of young players is a very real concern, especially when he leaves and we will have a very ageing squad
