i think if we are to move to the next level , we need a more progressive manager , however we need players to get us there. He has stabalised the club , and my view is we keep him another year and see where we are then. But I think all depends on what players we can get in and what players...

A year deal , but must be phased out of a starting role.

The opposition has got wise to him. He looks to go inside all the time, they just close off the space and his threat is nullified. Sad to say but he is becoming a one trick pony and needs to expand his skill set.

I maybe missing something here , but I don't see all the talent he supposed to have. Reminds me of Ellis Simms tbh.

Sometimes I think he gets too involved and concentration wanders. I wish he would stop the antics and focus on his game. Doesn't instill confidence when the ball is launched into our box. Been caught a few times this season. But there again he has saved us numerous times too.
