  • Hi, win yesterday gave me a much needed lift, as strange as it may sound in these desperate times. Last night, had a meeting at Fortuna's supporters home. Phoned the parents of my mate from there, to offer my support. was very difficukt moment, because they have all sort of questions. Will be going there tonight, with a couple of friends to help sorting the funeral out.

Also the driver of the crashed car was there and he felt himselt so incredibly guilty for the death of his mate. "I feel that I've failed Harald", he said. Said to him that Harald would never have blamed him for anything and he was very welcome by the parents of Harald. Could feel and see, that he needed that lift.

That's now my main worry. Lost one friend and have to look out that we won't lose him also. Very difficult times at the moment and I have the feeling everyone is relying on me. Have to say, that gives you enormous strenght.

Having you all here, helps me a lot dealing with it. Once again thank you very much. It's great to know that a couple of complete strangers are there for me. Not really meant as a private message as also people like Gaz and others offered me their support.
Thanks mate for your support. Very much appreciated. I'm very down at the moment and am really lost for words. Never will forget all words of support, either by you or other members. Found out this messageboard is a close knit, much more so then any other forum I've been on. May sound strange, but I'm looking forward to see the EFC vs West Brom game, so maybe I can get my mind of this terrible accident. The tears in my eyes will eventually dry up and the hurting will get less painfull. What never will change however, are my feelings for my mate.
    Hi Mac

mant thanks for your note mate but I have left this site, my bp suffers whenever that [Poor language removed] teppic shows his ugly face. Last week my nephew tried to get me posting again, he was threatened by the [Poor language removed] and answered accordingly, considering the guy he was replying to had wished me dead, imo he showed great restaint. Dylan carded him, the toe rag complained. No mate I have had enough and will hopefully find some other little oasis to post on. If you want to keep in touch please use my e-mail address, I really do look forward to hearing from you.
yeah, especially over Hindy, in saying that i'm happy he's not in origin, rather see him stay fit to play for the eels. I seriously think Mateo would really give the blues some punch of the bench though, wouldn't be surprised to see him get a shot
it's funny i was still living in western sydney when the A league started but couldn't get into it, but since i've moved up here i love the a league, the mariners have such a likeable squad, and puch above there weight in my opinion, a bit like the blues, which makes supporting them great. At least you support the right NRL team :) how bad were the Blues last night:(
cool, i go to mcmasters beach a fair bit, and walk down the copa end, Top spot. The big question is are you a mariner or do you support the dark side (bein Sydney FC of course)
i'm from killcare, only moved up here a year or so ago, loving the relaxed lifestyle though. What about you??
