They don't do common courtesy . Last season they took away the 5% shareholder discount on ST's without a word. I don't even think they informed the Shareholders Association in advance. I'm expecting the OAP discount to be reduced in the near future.

After Chelsea there was huge queues in the men's but there was multiple women's completely empty. Id have liked/expected someone to give the common courtesy to explain/justify the price...
