Very strange use of words "what do you expect"? - I would be livid if a medic asked me that.

Tell him you want him to have a look at your vac , that you can't understand why the suction is poor. Tell him, if you don't like what he says that you will be seeing a second opinion from the accountant in the same road.

My own GP will always see his patients but he is a no nonsense bloke.

Oh got a face to face Dr appointment tomorrow avo. I am a bit worried cause they keep asking me what i expect from them today, I don't know ffs that's why I am ringing you. Also ridiculous all you have to do to get a face to face, GPs on easy street these days and standard of care is nowhere near what it used to be.

That is good news. Before you go write down everything you want to ask. Ypur concerns/ symptoms/ questions about your blood tests/ your suggestions - you mentioned fibromyalgia. Then if you get flustered or nervous hand them what you have written. Hope it goes well.
