Nolan is one person and probably has minimal influence over the behaviour of others. Djokovic is highly influential and lives in a country where not only are vaccination rates very low but the death rate from Covid is very high, so yes, if Djokovic was a strong supporter of vaccination I dare say he'd be far more influential than Mr Nolan is. Unfortunately, he's a fervent opponent of vaccination...

nolan represents the views of the bbc,one of worlds biggest media corporations.

So, Djokovic won his case but the immigration minister is considering bouncing him anyway. It turns out that Australian immigration law is written in such a way that the minister can overrule a court's decision and cancel a visa unilaterally, which begs the question of why they bothered to establish a court in the first place.

The result of such a cancellation would be Djokovic effectively getting PNG'd for three years, according to media outlets.

sounds like sour grapes,
if this was happening in china the WTA be threatening to pull the plug on the whole thing.

dunno, doesn't he have kids of his own?

The Aus' governments court docs are basically disputing the fact he even had it too...

Anyway, it's hardly stoic to be on either side of this argument tbh. If Djokovic gets his nose put out of joint, sound. If the right-wing, quite racist Aus government do, also fine.
The Australian government is not racist.

They hate all poor people equally, regardless of race

It seems courts in Western countries count for very little nowadays
