He treated a lot of LFC staff very very badly mate. People who had given a lot of time to their club, just tossed aside by him without a 2nd thought.
Not sure if that’s true or not, but just a little anecdote i was told by a member of the catering staff at Melwood, it was their annual kids Xmas party at Melwood all the players and their kids where there, she said all the players especially the Spanish lads where great including Benitez he had loads of time for all the kids and the staff, playing with all the kids not just their own. In fact it was Gerrard the club captain who acted like a smacked arse and got off as soon as his kid had got their prezzie. It seems he had a face on him like Davidk avatar.

Retirement is wonderful. Didn't realise how much I put into the job until I stopped and was knackered.
I presume that in house is a little less pressurised than private practice.

yeah much more.
I was in private practice doing mostly criminal to start with for a few years then a mix with a lot of civil litigation - also had the pleasure of being on call etc etc. Made the move to an in-house counsel role for an investment bank last year and it’s been life changing.

You're too painful to chat with. You either can't or won't understand English. Either way I won't be dragged down to your level.

Theres no intention to be painful to chat with mate, I just want to know how many points/wins you want Benitez to get next season. It's not a trick question and am not sure asking someone said question is a case of "dragging down" to any level to be fair.

How many points do you think he will get next season?

Well done.
Yeah I was on the familiar treadmill of Crime and Duty Sol and then branched out into Civil lit.
For the last 15 years or so I specialised in catastrophic injury.
Boy it all takes its toll on you.
Essential that you have enough relaxation and down time.
In house counsel for banking....interesting....not sure I would have been cut out for that. Enjoy.

Benitez/Nuno/Potter/Martinez

All will struggle without Brands actually doing his job this summer mate.

The reality is any new manager will probably have us around Carlo's points tally without reinforcements.

This summers recruitment is a huge one.

Its not though.
You have labelled him deceitful. Not a decent person. Manipulative.

Of course you care. Your saying his personal conduct has been so poor he's not randomly brought up an apology about a comment he made despite there being no relevant need to bring it up. Like what situation could possibly have happened for him to bring it up in the last 15 years?

I stand behind all of those things. Simon Jordan intimated very similar things about him in the radio yesterday. Most owners in football who have worked with him feel the same. Indeed if you ask Steve Heighway his opinion of Benitez, privately, you will get a similar if a lot firmer reaction.

That's just an objective analysis of him.

I don't really care, but I am quite unprincipled in such matters. But I'm also reflexive enough to say that lots of other people will care and can acknowledge that is a reasonable response.

If people have a problem with his appointment, the onus is on him to put right what he has made wrong previously, that's all.

Roll on Tuesday. Onwards and upwards. It will be on page 4 of every sports edition while England will be on the first 3 pages. By and large the media are not really interested in the likes of Everton.

I appreciate the response. That's all I'm after really, how many points they reckon Benitez will get.

And of course we will need to recruit well.

Can that be directed at both the reluctant for and the world is going to end against
Sure, but the ones against the appointment are not telling people to be against the appointment (generally anyway).

Most will be telling their concerns of what will happen, stuff based on things that have actually happened in the past so there is a pattern there.

Being told that we need to grow up and get on with it though? Nah not acceptable to me that.
