Yes she is, but working on the same logic so is Hitler: he never went to court.
I needs to check my posts before I send it obviously was meant to say flack. No mate I disagree as I said before one person to one person..not hundreds as to hitler. The same with saville overwhelming evidence for both him and hitler.

I’m a huge believer innocent until proven guilty but by the same token you do seem slightly to be dancing on the head of a pin . In that you firmly believe in it unless there is ‘overwhelming’ evidence and you seem happy , yourself, to decide when and where that particular caveat applies.

Maybe but there are some occasions were you are safe in saying yep he was guilty ie hitler saville and some like flack where I am uneasy with it.

Sad to hear that Lyle Mays, keyboards maestro who played in both Pat Metheny and Joni Mitchell's touring bands has died. Superb musician ...reccomend any of the former's studio and live albums to hear his music. A real talent, unlike some of the so called "celebrities" we see or hear today.

I’m not trying to be argumentative but ultimately i Hate to say it but I don’t think it helps your argument . If she’d been acquitted I thinks it’s a totally different discussion but to pick this particular hill to die on but being selective who gets the particular honour in my opinion undermines the stance .

What I'm saying is it never went to court so she wasnt proven guilty, some think she done it some dont.I dont think there would be anyone backing saville in a debate.
