Clive James, the Australian-born critic, author, poet and TV host, has died aged 80

Always liked the fact he had a twinkle in his eye whenever he delivered his sarcastic view on the world, sad day in the entertainment world, 3 down and the day's not done yet.

Clive James did a TV series in the eighties called "Postcards From,,,,," in which he presented a docu-style travel show about various places. The one on Paris was sublime, funny and very moving, as he had stayed in Paris as a student and obviously adored the place. It's worth checking out on YouTube.

Not just the oldies either, I've had a stonking bout of man flu for the last couple of weeks. If it lasts much longer I'm putting my hands up for a swift exit too. :p
These viruses can hang about for yonks. And after a few days you no longer get much sympathy either.
My only tip is a drop of Olbas in a sink of boiling water, get the head down, cover it over with a towel and breathe deeply while dreaming of Everton winning a trophy.
