It's a decent game, i enjoyed it because i played WoW for about a decade and wanted a console version. It's just a never ending time sink like most big games these days so I had to quit one game and it lost out.

Playing "Days Gone" on PS4 at the moment, only early days for me. Im enjoying it in the main. It is repetitive, there are very similar missions over and over again, but i don't mind it, the landscapes, weapons and enemies keep changing and there is enough variation in there to make it enjoyable, because you have about 8-10 missions available at any one point in time.

The only slight concern I had was that in he opening 30 minutes of the game I had the game crash twice at the exact same point in an FMV and had to redo a 10 minute piece because the fast save was not yet working because I didnt have my bike. I also had it crash again in an FMV later in the game, so thats not great.

Also some missions you have to sneak and not be seen, you can't attack in anyway. They seem very tunnel like, if you divert even slightly from the "correct" way you will be instantly seen and its back to the start. very dull and at times infuriating.

Overall I would say 3/5 so far

Yeah only started this in the last week myself. Been good so far, not as good as Horizon but keeping me interested. Why can you not sell weapons at merchants though?. I bought a new rifle and just dropped my old one on the ground outside the merchants. In a post-apocalyptic world where weapons are scarce this bothered me more than it should lol.
