Computer games.

Technically yes, but in terms of how they've held up and can be played today, Curse is superior.
Going to have to disagree with you there on a personal level. I replayed the series about two years ago, and Secret was still the standout for me. Probably as I played it on original release and it holds that special place in my heart.

Yeah as I say it is the better game - in terms of humour, story etc. it edges out Curse, but if I'm recommending people to try games out now in 2019, things like control schemes and visual fidelity become more important than they were back in the day.

Those seven years make a hell of difference to a newcomer.

God I have such great memories of those Lucasgames point and clicks....

Monkey Island series
Full Throttle
DOTT
Sam and Max
The Dig

Are Monkey Island the PC games where you have to like say knock over a pair of scissors to nudge a bucket to hit a fan that then drops something down onto the floor for you etc.?

Or am I thinking of a completely different game.

Finally got my second win in GT Sport online last night and also picked up my first pole position. I’ve gone up to driver rating B/sportsmanship rating S.

I’ve been really enjoying the daily race B at Autodrome Lago Maggiore this week and managed to get my time down to within 2.5 seconds of the top players in the world with a 1min 57secs lap, which I’m pretty pleased with since I’ve only been playing a couple of months and using a DualShock pad and not a wheel and pedals and automatic gearbox, although I plan to give manual a proper go soon.

I haven’t enjoyed an online game this much since the COD MW2 golden years.

The remastered version of Secret helps with the visual and UI side though.

So boss. Full Throttle was so good....apart from that but in the middle on the bike for about 8 hours.

Full Throttle was ok... Like you say it dragged in the middle and the general solution to any problem was to punch it.

The Dig was an utter mess. Just dreadful.

Sam & Max Hit The Road is the zenith of the genre.

All the Monkey Island games are boss.

The Indiana Jones point and clicks were awesome.
