Non of our new signings started the game!!! lol

He still needs to bin off 4231 and fast.
I am not one of Silva's biggest fans , but he has to be given time to settle the new players in (and we already have a couple of injuries).
I agree totally though that 4231has to be binned off at home (perhaps there are exceptional circumstances re City).
The suspension of Scneirdelin , loss of Gana , and injury to Delph , may force his hand in the next game

He is a young manager but I,d like to see him be more expansive this season in his tactics. The team ain’t going to finish In the top 4 so let the horses run but I want more steel from him with the players who should be doing better (not the new players he just acquired this window).

Just thought I would pop in again this season before our game Tomoz so win draw or lose you can’t label me as a glory hunting poster :) watched your game today and since I class as you as the same round about level and yard stick for this season , I can definitely say we have nothing to fear . You doubted me last season and give it the Johnny big balls when I said we are a level above regarding manager and team . A lot of your forum members still think that you will finish higher than us this season as we have the extra games in Europe . Aka Chester blue (deluded fan ) and the rest of the doubters , wolves are here to stay ! Hopefully it gels with all your new signings which I do actually rate , but as far as breaking into the top 6 , 4 . I think not . Same goes for wolves , we are both still fighting for best of the rest ;) best of luck for rest of season and look forward to both games when we meet once again . UTW

Good post apart from the “level above” bit, but it’s all about opinions.

I agree it's best of the rest trophy for Wolves, Everton and Leicester. Doesn't really inspire much enthusiasm for the season though does it? Hope you give it a real go in Europe this year. Would love to see us back in there with some big ties in the knockout rounds.

Level above or on the same level? Make up your mind mate. Good luck but Europa is tough.

We say this every season though.

It's only one game, it's only a couple of games, season is still young, only half way through the season etc...

Just for once would it not be nice to come firing out of the gates?

On the surface a draw away from home is OK. But looking closer if we want too push on we need to be winning or at least look like winning these winnable away games especially against a Palace side who has had a bit of behind the scenes problems with their best player.

Personally I am sick of playing catch up after week one.
You need a better preseason for that and half a dozen new players not coming in very late.As long as those two things happen we will start sluggish.

Really bizarre take, that.

Yeah Palace are pretty solid at the back when they need to be. Watford at home will be a better indicator of our forward line. We did enough to nick at least 1 goal today so that in itself is a slight improvement on pre season.
