January business

Been reading that Chelsea youngster Fabio Borini is up for sale in January. 19 year old defender meant to be one of the worlds best prospects but is out of favour over their and not getting a chance.

Well worth a shout

You'd think they could do with all the defenders they've got at the moment too, although they are going to buy someone like David Luiz aren't they...let's have a dig. And defo Van Aanholt as cover for Baines! Why isn't it as easy as Champ Man....=(

Out Saha - in Donovan. simple

Pienaar might stay if no foreign clubs are interest in January, and anyone else in the prem would rather wait till his contract is up to get him on a free.

Heitinga wont be going anywhere. Apart from being our current number 1 DM (end of the day, Fellaini is totally different player to Heitinga and I dont expect him to walk back in...and Rodwell isnt 100% to make that role his own, and also looks better in Cahill's role) - he's also our only centre half after Distin and Jags.

Only player I could see going is Bilya.

Spend about £1 m. on Charlie Adam - He'll stay at Blackpool. They took a chance on him and he's their captain. He wont go in January.

Spend around £5 m. on Joey Barton - **** right off. And he turned us down before he went to the Barcodes...and where would he play?

Spend around £7 m. on Lewis Holtby - Would rather slap it in the Donovan fund.

Ex-RS who my Barnsley supporting mate raves about. To be fair he scores 20 yarders all over the shop but seems a stand out in an average team.

Belongs at a Stoke or Wigan etc

I'm a sucker for players who score nice goals...he looks alright this chap. I have a mental block in ever thinking they can make the step up from the Championship though, just can't tell. Could be a total guess, he could be top, could be a flop, if he's cheap maybe he's worth a sniff though.....I think that's about 30m I've spent so far then in my head for January....

We need to drop 10-15 on a striker, many would say the likes of Daren Bent was to expensive but a striker of that ilk with 15 goals a season in them is goldust for us.

Now he does bring goals as a cert.....but I think they'd be wanting 15m+ for his services

We should have taken him on beards ago...

Linked with him and David Bentley again in the Daily (F)ail: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...David-Bentley-Roque-Santa-Cruz-Blackburn.html

I don't know anything about him, but I'm always eager to invest in Championship talent - Moyes is unrivaled in finding those well hidden gems.

Besides kenada_blue's friend raving on about him, what does other's think of him.
