I opted to buy Divinity 2 last night - just about to give it a whirl when the wife leaves!
Mine left years ago, but I think it was mainly Witcher 3 that was the problem.

I feel that. Dark Souls does tend to rely a bit too much on the high of beating it. As for it’s difficulty, I don’t think it’s really that hard. It’s all about remembering the mechanics as you said above.I just find memory based games like that massively tedious. Rather than get through new encounters based on your skill, you have to 'learn' the moves of each enemy, which can only be done by dying repeatedly to them. I don't like easy games, I just don't find that kind of mechanic rewarding.
Obviously they're hugely popular so they must appeal to a lot of people. I just find them really dull.
Anyone played that Friday the 13th game? I'm aware they were barred from putting out any further DLC a while ago, but is it worth picking up for a tenner?
Nah it’s a bit crap mate. Sadly.
Wasted potential really, a story based game could've been great
This and Halo 3 were the only online games I cared about. Just resubscribed so I could download it. It's going to be fun replaying the story, especially that last plane mission on the hardest difficultyDownloaded COD 4 Modern Warfare Remastered as it’s the free PS Plus game of the month.
This is the first game that really got me in to online multiplayer. The nostalgia is going to hit me like a bus.
There any more recent games similar like Civ or Galactic Civ, Europa Universalis, etc?
*might want to include "good/excellent games like such"
Imperator: Rome is out soon. Until then, have you played Stellaris?
