Computer games.

I need to stop buying games really. Picked up Nier:Automata in the sales. So started that. I think I have about 8 games on the go at the minute. Need to stick to one and actually finish it.

I put about 20 hours into Nier Automata - Found it intriguing and different, but had no idea what was going on and combat just seemed to be button mashing

Will return to it after God of War, AC:Odyssey, Tomb Raider, Red Dead, No No Kuni 2 and Celeste

Balls, just remembered i've got Horizon Zero Dawn to finish and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy to start!

Glad it’s not just me mate!

That's what I tend to do. I concentrate on one and play a bit of PES when I'm a bit bored of the game I'm playing. I'm thinking the latest Tomb Raider will be my next purchase, although I hear Spiderman is good.
I'd do Spider-Man before Tomb Raider if I were you. Tomb Raider is good but not as good as the last one. Basically more of the same with less action. Spider-Man is great and also not particularly long if you are facing a backlog.

Bought football manager 2019 on switch and it runs pretty well. Controls are a little finnicy, it would generally benefit from larger text or something in order to aid it's 'touchscreen' features but all in all I'm enjoying it.

Crap at fm though.

Was thinking about getting this. Worth it then yeah?

I've probably only got about 6 hours on it so far but had no problems.

I think there's a few features simplified a little compared to the pc version, as this is the same as the tablet one? So if that bothers you then it's worth noting.

All said, I'm enjoying it and recommend it so far!

Pretty much done all there is to do in Assassin's Creed Odyssey now. That's a great game to be honest. Probably the best AC game in terms of gameplay and second only to AC2 for story in my opinion. I don't think people give it a chance because of how mass-produced the series had become in recent years but this one is different and I enjoyed every minute of my 60 hour playthrough. Still got some stray quests to do but done all the hard content. Hard difficulty start to finish.

Bungie has escaped the evil claws of Activision. Very excited to see what this means for the future of the Destiny franchise.

Done nothing decent for going on a decade now. And even then it was just Halo - they've done next to nothing else.

It's easy to pin the blame on Activision, but the truth is that even without the microtransactions the Destiny games were bullet sponge messes.

Well, I disagree. I find Destiny easily superior to Halo (and I enjoy the Halo games, even if the gunplay is underwhelming).

Ace Combat 7 should be arriving on pre-order from Amazon today. I liked the original on PS one waaaay back, the arcade-style mechanics and driving rock soundtrack were great. 20 years on and the visuals on the new one look incredible. Want to try it on the PS VR but I haven't managed to get pick one up yet (Missus wouldn't be happy if I shelled out 250 bucks on the headset when we have a daughter to support) so it'll have to wait.

Still hammering Gran Tourismo Sport, great fun. I haven't ventured online with it (yet) as I want to clear all the challenges in the single-player mode and unlock as many cars as possible before even attempting online tournaments.
