Disagree on Fury avoiding him, to me he has far more boxing ability and will be far better prepared too.

I do think Wilder may chase AJ as a far more preferable choice though as I think it would be a far greater risk to give Fury a rematch later in his comeback and after this.
fury was willing to take a 40% cut against wilder but wanted 60% to face AJ. I don't think apart from Wilder the fighters will be avoiding each other, theres far more to it than that. But the idea Joshua is scared of Fury is complete nonsense

I think you've misinterpreted my words as I never mentioned AJ being scared of Wilder or Fury

My quote

'Disagree on Fury avoiding him, to me he has far more boxing ability and will be far better prepared too.

That is from Wilder's point of view...

What is best for Wilder? What will Wilder likely do?

I've no idea where the Fury vs AJ 60% comes from, that is as regards this quote anyway.

Mate stop embarrassing yourself. There is clear deep hatred for Fury inside of you.

Also I don't even like him that much be he won that fight clearly to me.

I don't hate fury at all. He's helped bring entertainment byo a sterile divison.

I'm just sicked to death of people crying robbery when it clearly wasn't.

close fight tactically, and everyone just wants the good ending for Fury, who was lucky to climb off the mat for the 2nd time in that last round.

now ive slept on it, he did well to get the draw.

I thought Fury won at least 9 of the rounds. The knockdown in the last round made it closer but the reaction from the American media shows that Fury probably won it.

A fitter Fury wins a rematch though. The first knockdown was avoidable, if he avoided either knockdown it would have been very onesided.

The most you can give Wilder imo was 4 rounds, even after the knockdown deductions, that's still a 114-112 scorecard for Fury. I wouldn't go as far as calling it a robbery because if Fury was able to stay on his feet in the final round then he would have won a split decision as he'd have won by 1 point on the card that scored it a draw.

God knows what that Mexican judge was watching, that score card is nearly in the Adelaide Byrd category of complete fiction.

I do differ from the opinion that it is only Fury can get better in the rematch. That was the best Fury has ever fought, not even close. His win over Klitchsko does not even compare to this, he just spoiled against Vlad and barely did anything himself, this time around he boxed an absolutely superb fight that I certainly didn't think he was capable of.

I actually think it's Wilder who can improve significantly in a rematch. He's never going to be a great boxer, but he's certainly better than what he displayed last night which in my opinion makes the rematch one of the best fights that can be made right now.
Who would have thought a match up involving Tyson Fury, normally the most boring fighter in the sport, could be described in such a way?

Hope it happens in the UK.

fair assessment, agree with what you say about wilder.

furys fitness was eye opening, esp his powers of recovery so late on, after such a brutal KO, im calling it a KO and not a knock down, as he was unconscious for 5 seconds, flat out on his back. big praise for having the balls to get up from that and carry on

Its easy to let your favoured result cloud your appraisal of the actual result, it is now on considered reflection of most boxing experts on both sides of the Atlantic that Fury should have been ahead on the scorecards despite the knockdowns.

Its perhaps not daylight robbery by any means and the knockdowns could arguably have made it close, but to have Wilder ahead by four points, as the Mexican judge did, smacks of quite blatant hometown scoring or possibly external pressure being exerted.

If Fury was ahead its hardly that much of a surprise that the outcome was given as a draw, daylight robbery it wasn't, but perhaps a draw is what suited the money at stake in future promotions.

Finance is usually the reason when a certain verdict is more desirable over another.
