And you know this how ?
I dont know. I sense that from the way there's been prevarication and awkwerdness in the way Silva answers questions surrounding the players signed weeks ago that it'll continue until after the international break. They'll be kept out of action for the two games we have until then.

I reckon a couple - Zouma and Digne may get a run out on Tuesday against Rotherham, possibly a cameo from Bernard.

Why? Zouma is fit and ready. Soon as the manager has enough reason to drop one of Holgate/Keane he’ll be in.

I’d have him straight in for Keane personally.

IMO Silva will persevere with those two. I can see his reasoning tbh. It's not a criticism of him. I reckon he knows all eyes are on the two CBs brought in because we all see them as key to our season. He wont want to destroy the decent vibe so far built up and risk playing one in the next couple of games (a risk if they have a poor debut).

Disjointed CB player has been the reason we’ve been leaky at the back since the days of Jags & Dustin.

It’s not just about being fit, and willing like your local pub bird. They need time to learn their strategic role within the squad and build chemistry together.

Constant changes to the back line is the problem not the solution; and I’m hopeful the likes of that is in our rear view with the new regime in charge.
