It's a very pessimistic position to take to look at a talented young player on a 3 year contract and think "he's going to become a first team player, refuse to sign new contracts for 2 years and we'll lose all value in him".
Relax, he's on a good contract, let's wait and see if he has what it takes to break into the first team.

RB cant match our wages, so if its more dough he wants, he wont get that in Germany.
