Not read all of the pages but if I offer an opinion, as the title suggests I should, and y'all don't like it, am I gonna get run out of town?
Right here's my two pence worth. If he was a player, who had played for Liverpool in the past would we care? Kevin Sheedy, Alan Harper, Peter Beadsley, Gary Ablette, Don Hutinson and David Burrows to name a few.
If he does a good job I don't care who he played for 30 years ago.
Might have been asked elsewhere in this thread, but why have we got Lee AND Shakespeare? Which one is the coach? And why did we give in to FS's demands for two first team coaches at a cost (including pay off costs should this all go pear-shaped).

Point taken about the players. With the exception of Beardsley though, the others weren't first choice and never got established enough for us to dislike them. Lee was different though.Right here's my two pence worth. If he was a player, who had played for Liverpool in the past would we care? Looks more like Jasper Carrott
Thought of very highly mate.....I suppose Koeman had his brother and Duncan Ferguson. Unsworth had Ebbrell and Ferguson. Allardyce wants Shakespear and Lee. Lee is assistant manager. I suspect there’s a bit of politics in keeping Ferguson on the backroom staff.
The players might actually enjoy a different training regime. I imagine Allardyce will leave much of the coaching to Lee and Shakespear. I understand Lee is one of the most qualified coaches in the game.
Whoa whoa whoa. You were doin really well until David Burrows mate....Right here's my two pence worth. If he was a player, who had played for Liverpool in the past would we care? Kevin Sheedy, Alan Harper, Peter Beadsley, Gary Ablette, Don Hutinson and David Burrows to name a few.
