'Sentiment' should not come into this.

He's known to be a very good coach, and my god do our players need this. Think we should all be able to atleast agree on that as we've underperformed all season.

He's also known to work tirelessly behind the scene on improving individual players with their own specific plans.

My last would be that if he can improve our players, and therefore our performances on the pitch, that in the end for me is all that matters.

I want my club to win games!
