Everton Youth Teams Thread

2 for the u23s I think.
The academy intake should hopefully be out next week along with that Norwegian lad
Yep , should get the new 2017 Scholars early next week, I'm expecting about 5or6 who have already appeared in our u18 squad last season and hoping that that's a mark of their early potential rather than showing how lacking in depth our last two Scholar years have been.

Good to see Unsworth and Hoyland recruiting just as much as the first team, young striker from Metz is a interesting one, we do seem to lack a quality striker / something different up front so hopefully this lad can bring something and develop with us. 2 year deal means they think theres something there but it's a bit of a gamble, if he scores and improves, he could get himself a new contract, i'll keep an eye on him.

Good to see us cast our net outside the UK too, Markelo and Mathis, hopefully they both turn out to be good additions.

Looks like we will sign Bowler this week too, if we can add the likes of hirst / brooks then even the under 23's have recruited very well.

Interesting to see how they develop, Unsworth and Hoyland seem to have a good eye for a talent they can turn into a first teamer, so we'll see.

Expect that Anton Donkor will probably sign shortly too.

Good of Everton to start streaming games more often now too, gives us a good chance to keep an eye on them.

Improving at every level.

Anyone seen these guys play?
