exactly my thoughts. if he does have to retire we would get some back, but in a situation like oviedo where there is recovery but not to the same level, we're stuffed. I know it's nice to be nice, but this is nearly 20m we are talking about here.

I work in investment. This was just my business opinion.

This is why most businesses are run by selfish, self serving, idiots. They show there staff no loyalty, even if the member in question has grafted their backside off for 20 years to help make you rich.

Seamus could of left at any time to arsenal or united (rumours I know), instead he tried to help us get to the elite level. Throwing him away after a sh**house tackle breaks his leg, may not be 'good business' but we wont know until after he returns. What is does say though, is we look after our own. We have a little soul left in this blood sucking industry were money is king.

Please don't see this as a rant at you personally, its not, but coming from a businessman who works on forecasts, bank loans and rarely uses physical cash, I find the business side of football can be very hypocritical. Its one small reason why the general football fan feels that little bit more disillusioned with football.

A full recovery from broken bones these days seems far more about the mental side (will they have the confidence to train, run and tackle as hard as they used to?) than it is about the physical repair of a clean bone break.

Anything you can do to improve the mental health of the player therefore makes perfect sense, this is a big sign to Coleman that the club have no doubt he can fully recover which should help him be able to believe the same thing.
