Like a lot of people have already said, we don't see him in training. For all we know he might be reproducing my nightmare moment from 86 and playing the ball infield to a fat Danish midfielder every time he gets the ball
 

He will be a star for them. They are a good side, and he will get to prove how good we think he is. I actually cant wait to see how he does in his first game.
 
So is this a smoother in order to prize Charlie Adam away?

If Moyes thought Coleman would be figuring in the squad next season, he would surely have played him now rather than loan him out. I don't now expect Coleman to make the starting 11 next year unless we have injuries.

We can only presume it's back to the Hibster once he gets fit. I don't think Moyes is going to address this position for at least another season.

Don't get me wrong, as Hibbert is a very good defender, and on form is very worthy of the position, but I was hoping to see Moyes try something new there for the remainder whilst Hibbert was out.

Yobo is extremely quick and good at going past people. He could test him there.
Gosling could have been played there too rather than sit on the bench.

As it stands, we have Neville, who is not our future hogging the position. This concerns me a tad.

If Nev picks up another injury, who will he put there? Answer: Gosling. The problem here is that Gosling isn't given much playing time, and is at the end of his contract. Will he stay knowing Moyes only wants him there to warm the bench? That might depend on who asks for his services.

When Moyes brought in Jacobsen, he obviously wanted to address the situation. He allowed him to leave to the surprise of fans everywhere.

Either he has something up his sleeve for right back next year, or he's wasted 2 seasons of opportunity there to experiment.

This position is fastly becoming the equivalent to the Queens throne. Another year - same old face.

I never expected Coleman to be anything near regular in the first team next season, so I see this loan move as a good thing. He needs football at this stage of his career, and he'll do very well for himself there for a couple of months.

You could say that, Coleman certainly have better ability then our current available RB, but lacking the experience I would have though as soon as we have enough player available Moyes would have sent Coleman out on-loan for experience by the end of January or beginning of February.

I could say I am rather surprise he was only being consider being send out on-loan for experience at this stage of the season, may be Coleman has learn alot from training with the first team, now he need to put it into practice, so he was sent out on-loan for this purpose as well?
 
Just wondering why they dont loan him to cardiff if they are interested in signing the likes of joe ledley. Sweeteners etc.
