Does he give a sh1t and - more importantly do the players?

As far as I can see only the following Give One:

Good Players - Good Attitude - Coleman, Gueye, Barry, Baines

Average - Good Attitude - Williams, Stek

So the defence is mostly ok....

Not Great (i.e. inexperienced) - Good Attitude (maybe?) - probably all the kids desperate for a game...

Good Players - Average Attitude (hit and miss) - Macca, Barkley, Romelu

Average - Average - Lennon, Jags, Cleverley, Bolasie, Bryan

Not Great - Average attitude - Kone?

Good Players - Lousy attitude - Mirallas, Geri

Average - Lousy attitude - RFM, Valencia

Crap ability - crap attitude - maybe Oumar, Darron (constantly injured). Fat Boy Geads

"7th place doesnt impress me.
Keoman is basically the Dutch Moyes."
MoutsGoat, May 5, 2016

Most of the Moyes out people live in crack dens and send their sisters out to earn enough money to pay for their crack habits.
We should pity them really.

I'm at a loss to work out where you stand now mate. You were against him in the summer, then you were for him, now he's on the naughty step again?

I did try and tell you this feller was not someone we needed to be kissing the arse of.

Idicitatuve of a manager who cares not a jot for his employers. Merely for his own pay packet and short term progression.

I'm hoping it was said dismissively, in anger and frustration. Whatever the reason, someone needs to have a strong word with him and put him straight. I wanted Koeman, but the potential problem of a big name manager is that he will, like you say, not listen to criticism or demands from employers. If he is only interested in short-term progression and using Everton as a stepping stone, then he ought to do something about it sharpish.

I've never understood it all mate.

@neville used to do it, right up until we pumped them 3-0 at home and the mask slipped off like @moyes cardy 's kecks in the bushes outside of Finch Farm.

The same 'fans in peace' are never on here to talk shop when it's not a win for them - save @Alan Whittle probably.
Only cos we never ******* win.lol

Plus the fact that, mainly through my lad, I've grown to really like Everton to the point where I hope they win every game except against us.

Agree, Jags is crap but Williams has done nothing, i'm glad Jags was able to out-sprint Shane Long today or it would of been 2-0
I'm sorry Williams has been our best defender this season, when you consider the 'form' of jags, I think he has done all that he could have to paper over the cracks of jags' poor performances.

I'm surprised they haven't given us about 6 of them just to really let us get a kick in the sack before the weekend starts.
At least the Friday night losses would give us all a bit of 'me time'.......... The missus wouldn't come near me......... perfect. Then again she would go out and shop on her own...... which is dangerous and more saddening than an Everton loss.

But he needs his 'project' at Everton to realise his ambition to manage one of the big teams. As it is, it is laughable to suggest any of the European 'heavyweights would be considering koeman as manager with our present form.

I didn't really want the man, I thought he was just another Moyes, however he was a great player and I thought maybe, just maybe, he'll get the best out of the players. Hasn't happened, certain players are going backwards, there's no passion or emotion, everyone including the manager is just picking up a nice wedge every week. We're screwed.........

On the bright side, we got to enjoy Saturday night and most of Sunday.

There is a lot to be said in favour of Sunday football.

I am going out next Saturday night and I love the fact there is no chance of my mood having been blackened by Everton in the afternoon
Hope you have a great Saturday night, Sunday afternoons not looking too good at the moment

Agree this has gone far far worse much more quickly than anyone could have expected. At the rate I genuinely fail to see how he will be here next season as we will finish 14th or 15th this season.

Yes, but he's also rewarding players who are playing poorly. Jagielka is just the most obvious one. He took Holgate out when he was playing very well. He took Mori out after we beat WHU with him as a starter.

I must confess that if I were one of Evertons first team squad I really wouldn't have a clue what this feller wanted out of me. He is struggling badly to get any message across now and he's going to have to go back to where he came into this club and admit that as much of the way we played before he arrived was working as was not working.

Bottom line on Koeman in this respect: he's thrown the baby out with the bath water.

The problem is that there are so many of them who are so poor at the minute, most of them will have to keep starting regardless which doesn't help the situation at all. The Jags one, I fully agree as he's making too many mistakes and it looks like nerves are starting to creep in - Koeman recently issued him with a warning but its too little to late, he needs to be dropped.

However, as I have stated, this still wouldn't make any difference in the great scheme of things as its the attitude and general lack of hard work that are killing us at the moment and in my opinion that is down to a core group of players ignoring what Koeman is asking of them.

I find it staggering that a group of players who have won nothing in their careers can down tools as they didnt believe in Martinez and now appear to be totally undermining what Koeman is trying to implement.
