That isn't a good thing in LD's case because he scores some of his best goals from outside the box.At least he had a go.
Moyes never likes players shooting from outside the box to be fair.

i didn't like his response to the goal, after that point it seemed like he for the most part hung his head and gave up, he wasn't making nearly as much of an effort, and neville seemed caught out a couple times because landon wasn't there showing for him.
most american fans see landon as a leader on the pitch, as he's captain for club and country, and i think it would have really lifted the team if he had showed some more character and really risen to the occasion, but he seemed to give up and do just the opposite. i was never a fan of his before, but he had been winning me over up until this game. and i'm not just reacting because we lost, its the lack of resolve in the face of a one goal setback that dissapoints me.
they sell bison at a big wholesale butchers near me, it's right on the east lancs at astley (meatmart). they sell allsorts, including crocodile, snake, kangaroo, and some african plains type lion snacks.
* i don't mean they sell lion.
I don't know about that. I didn't notice him drop out of the game. Neville hasn't really been able to link with Donovan well yet. Landon is at his most dangerous when he is running into space but Neville hardly every slides in a ball to him like that. It is frustrating seeing Landon pass back so much instead of making the turn but that is not how he plays. He needs to be facing the goal but Neville won't pass to him unless they meet halfway.i didn't like his response to the goal, after that point it seemed like he for the most part hung his head and gave up, he wasn't making nearly as much of an effort, and neville seemed caught out a couple times because landon wasn't there showing for him.

Anyways, wanted to ask on the OFFICIAL AMERICAN THREAD , is Landon an official american heart throb? Because I kind of fancy him. I mean, mental hair-line aside, he's definitely got 'it'.
Hate this to be my first post, but you're going to need a female perspective...
For the USMNT, the "heart throb" would most definitely be Carlos Bocanegra. Landon is the most well known player. He is probably the one (only?) name/face that non-soccer fans in the US would know. US players can pretty much walk around any city in the US completely anonymous. I have seen Howard mention in interviews how nice it is to come home to Jersey and have no one know him.

Shame Jozy Altidore was not picked up by Everton. He is having a monster game in the for 20 minutes for Hull against Man City. Has dawn 2 fouls for yellows and a goal and seems like he is finally coming into his own. Of course, he's been with Hull from the start of the season. Donovan bagged his first in far less time and will eventually show his worth in gold eventually. I have no doubt Donovan is going to wake up and start attacking in waves soon enough.

Jozy has done well in some games, got a couple goals in cup competetions and drew a pen or two as well in prem matches. Good defenders (i.e. not City) know his tricks and can handle him but he tears up fragile defenses.
Man City couldn't handle Jozy, so Brown in all his wisdom took him off in the 66th minute and City took over. If Jozy had a real manager like Moyes he'd be ace. At the worst he's a better option than Anichebe.

Anichebe is a better player than Altidore, no question.
