What I do find kind of weird is why you're so bothered how someone speaks.
England is a massive bowl of multicultural soup with bits of everything thrown in and language is used differently in various places.
Calm like sound can fit in to various situations usually meaning, good, cool it's usually a positive thing.
Would you be bothered of Ross Barkley said "sound" or "boss" in a video like that?
Just fail to see why A) It bothers you and B) why you are trying to make a negative out of it

It's how a lot of people speak mate haha - just depends where you're from.
