What if this guy is still hanging around after we lose on Saturday ?

Thing is going to Wembley with banners is not really on, so how else do we tell the board in no uncertain terms that this clown has to go because I can see "what a manager" Bill shielding this joke till the end of the season.

Thank god the Esk mentioned we are talking to other managers otherwise its would have been total despair

I'm rather ashamed to admit that the revelation that 'Ossie goes karting' did make me titter a little.

My sincerest apologies, chaps.

I think the problem we may have is Bill backing RM earlier, whilst Moshiri was skeptical. Obviously Bill was/is wrong, but Moshiri is/was being diplomatic by not using his weight to force the decision and potentially damaging a new (and hopefully temporary) business relationship.

I think this is dead right. If he sacks him now it shows the "what a manager" quip was wholly ridiculous. If he is not sacked this morning he will get until the summer without doubt. How you can not sack a manager that basically had us being laughed at on the pitch though is quite frankly scandalous. The players are just as bad though, *swearword*houses they are!

It's more that the seasons disintegrated and other clubs act when this happens we haven't/ aren't and waiting till summer. Don't be surprised when we don't win another game this season if he's still manager

some quotes of Mr.Martinez...

Gareth Barry was described as "one of the best English players ever" after the Capital One Cup semi-final first leg win against Manchester City while Tom Cleverley was labelled "one of the most sensational free transfers you are going to see in Premier League history" after victory at Stoke City.

Defender Stones was backed after a poor display against Swansea City with the claim he could be "one of the greatest players England has ever seen".

Various players have had the title of "phenomenal" bestowed upon them from Ross Barkley to Aiden McGeady - who flouted the billing to such an extent he is currently on loan at Sheffield Wednesday.

Hello, as a West Ham fan with a big soft spot for Everton, (as a child someone accidently got my Action Man an Everton kit, and Bob Latchford and Duncan Mckenzie were two of my favourite players) I find this sad to see. You seem to have such a talented squad, man for man better than ours easily, but not the drive or will to win.

My big question is, if you win the FA Cup does RM stay?

Why do people sat he's a nice fella and feel for him. He's an egotistical fool who spouts absolute garbage, he has no respect for Everton football club or their fans, he's an overpaid worker who is underperformed on a monumental scale.

There's nothing to like about a man who blames his own clubs fans for a poor home record, who tells the world that results against palace and Watford are good, that after getting hammered by hull has the nerve to state 'we are close to where we want to be'. The man is a liar and has made mugs out of the majority.

The saddest thing his he has, through his own self obsessed ways, turned blues against each other by separating the fan base. What did he say at Xmas 14?? The real evertonians know what I'm trying to do!!!

The man has been an absolute disgrace for 18 months and deserves no pity from us at all, he should never be allowed inside goodison park again

It was as ridiculous then as it is now mate, it's obvious BK was wrong irrespective of whether RM gets sacked :(

I haven't given up on the players, I imagine they've endured a lot of humiliation themselves carrying out Martinez and his staff's instructions. The tension between doing what is the best in their opinion, and their duties as an employee within the club's hierarchy must be hard to bare for some. Baines rolling his eyes on-camera whilst Martinez was conveying his master plan yesterday as we went down to ten was both embarrassing and telling.
