Someone needs to sit him down and explain to him he is the football manager and not the PR manager of the club. His after match speech was so predictable. " Missing players and the youngsters starting". We can all see this and if it wasn't for the fact that every week there is another excuse yesterday would of been acceptable and some positives taken .. We just need this season to be over and hopefully with an FA Cup win. I am praying there is a master plan here but my confidence is waning each week that goes by .

Here's the recording of my earlier call on 5 Live. Just a couple of things - it's extremely difficult to keep the conversation going in the direction you want rather than where they want to take it, and if you try to interject then they close down you microphone as happened this evening at one point.

Having said that, objective achieved, 8 minutes of talking about Martinez must go, Moyes being unsuitable and we should set our targets high helps get the message across.
Good listen mate.

The fact that he virtually laughs in your face when you mentioned Mourinho and scoffed at it even being remotely possible, says it all about how 'little old Everton' are viewed in the media.

Have Moyes back and be happy with your place in the pecking order was his argument there.

The wider media would choke on their own bile if Moshiri managed to make an appointment of that sort of level, which clearly demonstrated his intent

Forget banners, pitch invasions or even hankies if Mosh is attending games someone needs to hijack the PA system and go all blind date...

Well moshy, you've seen the protests and read the cvs, so who will it be number 1 or number 2, here's our graham with a quick reminder...

Will it be number 1, a cheeky Catalonian scamp who likes dancing at concerts, speaking bubbles and has the worst home record in our entire history??

Or will it be number 2, anybody else with ability to back up their ambition

The choice is yours...

Shamefully it's not just the media and there are some on here who scoff at the idea and think our league performance is acceptable because of some cup runs

Thanks, I'm not in the slightest bit interested in Fletcher's view which is why I did not respond aggressively, to do so just acknowledges him and his agenda.

The whole purpose is to get on, make the point you want to make (Martinez has to go) they say what they've decided they want to say, then you (the caller) wraps it up with the point you initially made which is the main purpose, and they move on to the next caller.

There's a big change in the media in the last week, we've gone from should he be changed to who should replace him, with no counter claim from the club.

The agenda is moving forward.

How many percent chance is there that we will be looking at Martinez standing outside the dugout for the 1st game of next season?
