Tell you what though Khal, he's got monster plums if this is his potential last game and he's already indicated that he is resting Lukaku for it.
Kone up to to save his neck....
Imagine relying on Kone to save your neck.....

That would be the ultimate irony for this Manager...Imagine relying on Kone to save your neck.....![]()
If he make it difficult, then we would not be able to score and at best it will be 0-0...he is so one-dimensional...
Any youth players will only be on the bench, hopefully that will put to bed the "roberto is good for youth" myth
If, and I think it's a big if, he plays one or two of the U21's today it strikes me it may not be bad idea to have David Unsworth sat on the bench as part of the coaching staff! I suspect they may well respond better to Unsworth's instruction from the sidelines rather than Robertos! If the argument is there's not enough room (nothing of course to do with Unsworth's "girth"!) on the bench due to a lack of space, may be Messrs Lawrence, and Jones could go and spend a bit of time either in the Winslow or even Goodison Road chippy for all the use they appear to be!
Or we could have unsworth manage the entire team and send roberto to the U21's... might actually win a game and that is saying something
To be honest if he's going to go, and today may well be the tipping point, what is there to lose by saying to Unsworth, Ferguson and possibly even Sheedy - this is yours now until the end of the season? I'd fancy our chances in the derby and the semi final far more with those three in the dressing room and pitchside before and during the games! As things stand I'm dreading the derby, and honestly can't see us beating Utd!
It'd give the fans a huge boost, and I suspect get the players back on side!
Well Lawro is defending him, so there.
You can win the cup and sack him in the summer.
Liverpool fans look at me as if I have two heads when I tell them Martinez is gone at the end of the season if not before. They think we are being harsh etc largely due to there lack of intelligence & the fact that very few mainstream publications/websites are reporting facts ref his poor record. I also believe they have this thought process as they don't want to face facts that in the not to distant future there advantages over us will be null & void in short they are starting to feel threatened by usLawro used to pat him on the head for 'football being played the right way' when Wigan went down.
Let's face it if Doddy Lawro is patting the top of your head it's all gone badly Yewtree
Depends whether champions league is the bench mark. If Moshri wants us competing in the league Martinez aint the right manager me thinksWould be harsh to sack a manager who won us a trophy for the first time in 21 years plus the board wont sack him if he wins the f.a cup
