The fans should get right behind the team today as a good result today will give us confidence leading into next week, regardless of what we think of the manager. The players need support and confidence and that's what we pay good money for to support the team on the pitch.

If we get beat today does anybody think he could be sacked before the derby?

I think so.

To me, this is the Last Chance Saloon for Bobby.

We need a boost of some description before these two big games.

If it doesn't come in the shape of a victory on the pitch this afternoon......then it has to come from a change of leadership off it.

And as I said yesterday, if we do lose today and Bobby is still in charge next Saturday night and our Cup dreams laying in tatters at Wembley, it won't we him I will be angry at......it will be those who have sat idly by and watched the life being sucked out of EFC since the third West Ham goal went in the net.

No doubt he'll use reserve/rest players for the next two games and use that as an excuse. Im past wanting martinez. His comments are becoming more baffling each week. A clear sign of losing it

Spot on K, he's tried to play today down saying the result doesn't matter as he's looking st it as a block of 5 games. Well I'm 99.9% sure today does matter because it's the fans that need a boost and some belief before a massive couple of games coming up.

Lose today and he should be sacked to at least give us a fighting chance next week as this slumber simply can't be allowed to continue.

Let's hope they turn up and turn it on today though K, 3 points always makes the weekend that much sweeter.

Will be interesting to see what the starting eleven is given injuries and patently Ross and Rom ideally needing a breather.

A victory today I would suggest is an absolute must, for the club as a complete entity.

A good performance would be the cherry on the cake as it might indicate the players can and are able to some degree self-motivate and rise above the problems.

COYB !!!!

Tell you what though Khal, he's got monster plums if this is his potential last game and he's already indicated that he is resting Lukaku for it.

Kone up to to save his neck....
