I'd say that's the other way around mate, it looks like he's been confronted which is beyond out of order. I want him gone as much as the next man, but that's too far, to the point I feel for him.

I've seen a video of it mate and you might be right by being confronted but at one point Jones tries to pull booby away but booby stays and carries it on.

Think I'll wait to find out what was said before I call the lad a biff.

If he was being as respectful as I assume someone can be in that situation and just said we've been crap(I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt) then I won't be that bothered, but if he's giving him actual abuse and offensive towards him, then obviously that's uncalled for.

As long as he wasn't being abusive and giving him personal abuse I don't see the problem.

Although if he was insulting and talking about anything other than the team It's very wrong.

Not my style to confront someone like that at a under 21s match but I understand why

As an expert in this kind of thing, having spent a lifetime wondering what management are thinking, it could make sense for Martinez to offer his resignation now. It would be his way to show the club how much this all means to him - How he is more upset than anyone. A gesture that answers the criticism that he is ploughing on regardless with no ability to change - This is his attempt to take stock and say "It has gone a bit wrong, and if you think it is just because of me, then I am happy to step down - or give me the chance to win you the Cup and we talk about it later"
Martinez would also feel safe as the club are probably not ready to line up a replacement so quickly - and have actually only just got their heads around the idea of changing managers - So, it was pretty much guaranteed that they would refuse.
Also Martinez would gamble on Moshiri feeling he would have nothing to gain from accepting a resignation now - unless a new manager was already lined up - as if the semi is lost after accepting a resignation, then it would no longer be Martinez fault.

It's nothing mate,he will get it a lot worse at GP if we lose at Palace, bet the people you work with don't get millions of pounds tho, it all comes with the job.
Bollox this - by all means you have a right for an opinion but personal abuse is a NO and classless. If he wins you the cup will you abuse him at Wembley? The idiot should have been kicked out or perhaps maybe better still tried to abuse our big Scottish first team coach..

How do you know it was personal abuse ? Having a go at managers has always happen d, if we go a goal down at the pit there will be 40k telling him he's getting sacked in the morning, not nice but it happens.
