The performance against united wasn't "utterly shocking" we were the better team. Granted United were [Poor language removed], but it was another game where i was left thinking "how the [Poor language removed] did we lose that game"

How on earth were we the better team? We created about 1 chance and hit the bar, we struggled to string two passes together, it was abysmal. If your standards are that low, best of luck to you

It has become a `mexican standoff` Martinez wont resign as he wants the payoff, we want him to resign and save the severance pay.

It was easy to predict this last season, the board should have grown a set and canned him a couple of weeks ago. The players would be relieved
this dictator blinded by his own philosophy had been booted out, and now would be up for a derby, semi, and strong finish to rescue a season without this deluded pub team manager spouting nonsense.

All opinions are valued equally in here mate and should be respected.
You should always feel free to express yours.
I just feel on this occasion, there was no misrepresentation or misquote. A clear case of spin and deflection by a Manager that is surely on his last legs as Everton Manager.
He's basically blamed the whole world for 2 rubbish seasons. Once, only once, if he had come out and said the 4 easy words to the fans "I made a mistake" then we would be with him as he is a nice man and we all want him to succeed.
This latest deflection is just treating us like fools I feel.
What do you want him to personally apologise for though. I'd be very interested to hear what some of you would have said to the questions asked. Not vaguely but specifically because that's the position he is in.
And let's remember you've more time to think and won't have people scrutinising everything you say for a negative

Severance pay shouldn't be an issue anymore

Plus he's costing more than that in league positions alone

Baines is right about the criticism and is so much more respected by our club, Martinez is getting absolutely roasted on Twitter

Finally saying what you mean now pal? Good on you.

But no, I still disagree with you.
Just out of interest how do you think the last two posts of yours are supposed to make someone react?
I'm on the fence. Convince me of something. Just trying to score points really does do the opposite

We didn't though

It's just another week in the if, but and maybe reign of Roberto Martinez
And there's been a lot of that, but the common misconception is people are interpreting these bad results as bad performances. We've just been extremely unlucky. If you look at the goals were conceding it's largely down to lack of concentration, players not rushing out to block crosses late in games, not clearing the ball when they should etc. There's nothing more frustrating than losing a game you know you should have won

At least one time in the last 2 season, ok I'll break it down to just this season's home games...just one time say he made an error. Any error. "I made a mistake in team selection" " I got it wrong today" "I take accountability for today's performance". Always someone else to blame.
