No, this is about standing up, making the first move not being a passive little bish who does nothing and then whinges
If it really mattered to the team to get the fans right behind them then that would be easy. Go out and get stuck in, play at a tempo and get the ball into the box early for Rom to attack. Leave the foot in on their best player and get in the refs face, the fans will get behind the team. Come out and play keep ball along the back four the fans will lose interest.

...y'know what, I've oft imagined that they simply come out (against THEM would be ideal), as a team, and abandon his tactics and play fantastically, winning - like 4-1, proper boss, confident footy...

Think I prob watched ESCAPE to VICTORY too often as a kid.

Hi lads, how about we all just agree that although there are a lot of things that Martinez says that sound great in theory, he has now had long enough to bring tangible progress to the playing side of the club he but has ultimately failed to do so?

No histrionics

No slagging off posters that can't respond

No cheap xenophobic shots at the manager who despite not being able to build on his early promise has always acted as a fantastic ambassador for the club.

Wind your necks in - the club aren't soft and three years is long enough for any manager to prove their worth. I fully expect Martinez to be replaced in the summer and I will wish him well and hopefully be thanking him for our first piece of silverware in over twenty years whilst looking forward to a new and exciting future.

Now all the bedwetters kindly go and change your sheets because they stink.

You admit it's time for change, but then go on to call those Blues wishing to show their displeasure as bed wetters

Without the fanbase making known their views either at the match or on the net, phone ins etc, then the club could be lulled into thinking that we're accepting of the obvious failings of this manager.

Change at managerial level is often driven by supporters, as managers positions become untenable due to the vocal opinions of the fanbase.

Your comments appear to intimate that we should all pipe down and trust that the club can second guess the majority view and take the right decision based solely on the results.
