I'm as excited as the next Blue about what the future could behold with Moshiri on board, with the promises of money to spend in Summer, but the closed thread below got me thinking ....
What if we got rid of Martinez, brought in a quality manager to get the best out of the players that we have. Kept Lukaku for another season and put the cash towards a new stadium ...?
It appears both the fans and the team are together, wanting a managerial change. The stadium won't be filled with happy clappers, the fans need something to feed off.Like it or not he's not going anywhere until the end of the seas on. I've had enough of vitriol and fuming at the team. The fans and the team feed off each other, why not get behind them and see if it helps fire the team up instead of having a sulking crowd with zero atmosphere
We are an upmarket wigan athletic. We play exactly the same football, flashes of brilliance but ultimately concede too many soft goals and have no cohesion within the team.

Reminds me of your mum indeed
Only messing. If the majority want Martinez out, then who am I to argue?

Wouldnt be a suprise if Moshiri is working onnit behind the scenesAs paying punters we've got every right to grumble at the durge we've been served up at home by this fella.
You think we should all just sit there and politely applaud as we take another beating at the hands of average opposition?
3 years mate, 3 years......it's not like Evertonians have turned on this manager after 3 months. We've had enough of him, it's time for change, he's had his chance and he's blown it. Time for the club to find a new man to take us forwards. That's what's being said and that's more than fair enough, given the time frame.
