I want the guy out but FFS, stuff like this fuels the fire of people having a go at us for wanting a better manager.

If it involves Everton losing the ends don't justify the means. Be a blue first a plotter second mate.

Unless of course being a 'blue first' involves thinking longer term and taking another defeat or two in the short term in order to speed up the end of this whole sorry affair?

I'm new to the forum and hate to introduce myself with a negative post, but here goes-

I believe that Martinez needs to go as soon as a replacement is identified (no easy feat I know). As a club we've been treading water for 2 years now. Lessons aren't being learned. He can't find a balance between our attractive creative play and defensive, well basics really. He's had nearly 2 years to rectify this and only recently has admitted that we have a problem.

A new manager could lift us for the final few games, give us the FA Cup and create a feelgood factor that might convince Lukaku and Stones to stay for at least another year. Under Martinez, I think they will leave.
start as you mean to go on lad.

welcome to the nuthouse

;)

Friggin' geordification of the non-Everton fan bases. Lol. Open windows, shout down toilets. That's what that is. Peons.. pftt. Your opinions will be ignored by the board so stay quiet. Eat your gruel.

or some words to that effect anyhow

Had to use google translate:

Our arguments and Martinez tenure don't hold water anymore but you are not free to point this out. I shall now proceed to insult your loyalty to the club and your intelligence.

This is not your club and you do not matter so please be quiet, our new friend Bill will protect (soon to be) Sir Roberto from your petty complaints.

Please Drink Chang

By senior player, I guess we are talking Osman here.

Well, maybe then. Also it sounds more like Jagielka was trying to wind it down rather than leading - but if this is true, and I'm very sceptical, it sounds like kids behaviour and pathetic.

Also as has been pointed out Jagielka was on international duty.

Re the tweets quoted - How could Jags lead the players off training last week when he was with the England squad and most others were also away on international duty?

aye thats a dodgy one - i was told this happened in the week running upto the arsenal game - mentioned after that match. Dunno how true it is the lad who told me knows a few things from FF not much else tho, and i took it as jags taking the heat out of the situation by getting the players off the pitch rather then leading revolt.

Poor performance today, Arsenal, we just did not show up. Last two seasons, it's just hasn't changed. Blah, blah, feckin' blah.

We all get it. Question is, what are you going to do about it? What's the poll here and Toffeweb, 70% Out. Seriously, you want him out, get up off feckin' asses and do something about it, if you care so much. Thought not. Not going to happen.

Take a pot shot at Davek all you want, all he's doing is telling you the truth. Our club has slid beneath your expectations for over twenty years. There's a reason Martinez still has a job and it has nothing to do with you. It has everything to do with the board, so save me your outrage and this includes the Mod's, Forum owners etc...with their sage wisdom, we've all stood by and watched this club fall of the precipice. Gnash your teeth all you want, Bottom line is, we've got the club we deserve. Unpalatable but true. You don't think Martinez is up for the job? Who hired him?
Kenwright...Go ahead, blame the cup manager, the Aunt Sally, the Popinjey. Keep telling yourself it has nothing to do with board.

Hold your fire, like it or not, this could be a season you reminisce with your kids about. And if Kenwright's gamble fails, you can tell your kids I told you so.
You wanna see picket lines, banners, artillery and airplanes? You will if the fraud stays beyond this summer...

Interesting and thanks. I'm not saying it didn't happen mate as I have no idea, just the timing seems odd as the complete squad would probably only have got together Friday, maybe some were back Thursday, but who knows?

Both Eto'o and Distin had things to say to him last Season, Lukaku gave interviews stating how the players had spoke to him asking him to change style.

This Season Barry has had a few digs at the manager in a couple of his post match interviews, so it wouldnt surprise me if what is being said about Jagielka is true to be honest. Its the second season of the same errors, the same bull crap and i think the players are sick of it.

All our cup efforts will be futile if there is poison in the dressing room..
The players can actually drive him out before that...biggest drama of today

I want Everton to win the FA Cup.
I want Martinez sacked either now or at the end of the season, but he must be replaced before the Summer.
I do not think the FA Cup should have a barring on almost 2 full seasons of poor league form (started with the 2-3 Home defeat to Crystal Palace in April 2014 of the 72 points haul)

Yeah i do agree with that, odd timing. I haven't seen that lad this week so i have no idea if its accurate, he was adamant in the week leading upto arsenal that there was more then one day words where said.

I suspect it will all come to a head semi final week.

Inept results leading up to that week will heap pressure on him.

Bad defeat/strange selection for the Derby and defeat in the semi final will be the final straw in my eyes.

The pressure from the fans will be too much.
