I signed up to be part of a triathlon team for a charity event in May time next year....... I currently need to lose about 1 and a half stone ffs

Get the gym fatty and stop abusing sheep

And if you do your charity triathlon I'll donate some dough

I could easy lose a stone in 2 weeks.... even less at a push ... but then i'd go on the pi55 to celebrate and put it all back on haha
Same here . I went from 20 stone in March to 14 ,8lb in sept . Ever since I went on holiday I'm sept I've been anything between 15 and 16 stone . I just can't get the motivation to shift it and keep it off . Off the gym I'm a minute but I'll probably get pie and chips on way home home haha

When was the last time you excericsed mate ?.

That pain is your calf muscles tightening ( your bodies way of telling you to stop ). Next is a strain or tendonitus / achillies problems.

If you haven't done anything for ages, the first few weeks should be a load of stretching before and then a jog at just above walking pace on flat ground for about ten mins just to get your muscles used to running again.

I know this as I didn't do a thing for four years and then started again too quickly a few months ago - spent weeks with calf sprains and tendonitus !
