Had to go away and try and cool off.

After all this BS tonight.

Its like someone caught on camera doing 60 in a 30 mph area trying to claim they weren't speeding!

Everton Commercial Director = 'Its not our fault' 'was in bed asleep when it happened' shocker

DON'T INSULT OUR INTELLIGENCE.

When Everton are earning LESS than HALF of Newcastle something is very very wrong.

Doesn't take a brain surgeon to know this.

This on top of Elstone / WH Park has me absolutely FUMING.

Everton won't jeopardise long term stability to build new stadium
Robert Elstone speaks about Walton Hall Park plan

"We will undoubtedly generate more money if we fill 50,000 seats but the investment is more marginal and more risky.”

Which is funny since the incompetent weapon Elstone said only in November 2014 in the same Kopite rag

Robert Elstone reveals latest on new Everton FC stadium in Walton Hall Park

“It’s a site that we think has got great merit and it’s a site that we’d like to develop and bring to fruition. The big-game changers – I know that’s a cliche – for Everton will be a big stadium that we fill every week or it will be a new investor on the lines of Chelsea or Manchester City and we continue to pursue both of those strands.

It's utter hogwash

All of it. The stadium backtracking and kitbag and our woeful commercial revenue performance.

This has me very angry and upset with the club.

As we are not a poor club due to the tv money.

I've read this for once and everyone's arguments.

Mr Elstone has produced a well written and informative piece about why we are with Kitbag, and it makes sense to me.

Certain posters in here are flopping about all over themselves in a misinformed lather don't make any sense at all.

Why risk stuffing something up doing it yourself when you can just hire professionals and take a fee.
Who cares what the other Muppets do, like the poster earlier says, Evertonians aren't commercial whorebags. We are better than that.

You're going to believe anything the Barcodes tell you about their finances?

The only way we are going to sell more is to be more successful. And even so, you don't see random people creaming over the new Sevilla kit because they won the Euro league.

Come on now.

As several people have pointed out, it is not easy trying to guess how badly the club do out of the Kitbag deal because numbers are not transparent at all. I would point out the following though

1) if the numbers were excellent, I'm pretty sure that Elstone would publish them
2) if outsourcing is really the best option, how many of the competitors are also taking this route? Elstone says "a number" but is very careful not to actually name who he is comparing the club to
3) if revenue is not comparable due to outsourcing, then we should compare overall costs of running the club (not perfect but the only number available). Are the savings in not running a retail operation reflected by Everton having significantly lower operating costs than clubs who do run operations?

Ah....thought it was something new.
Frightens me every time he talks him.

Surely the point of outsourcing (and I work on it a lot) is that it is either more efficient - leading to more profit or it is cheaper - leading to more profit. The wrong sort of outsourcing is when the risk remains with the payer not with the vendor which is what we have here I believe.

Wow...

Are you ready for this?....

Sit down if you're not sitting down already....

The Echo has only gone and written an article on Kitbag that doesn't toe the EFC line!!!!!!!

It's stops short of outright criticising the club, but it certainly points out all the flaws and leads you to a negative conclusion.

Never thought I'd say this, but for once - well done Dave Prentice!

Its rubbish. Doesn't mention Newcastle once.

Doesn't properly put the RUBBISH commercial revenue performance in its proper context.
