Bainsey

Player Valuation: £20m
Now this isnt just after tonight, but i actually really dont rate the lad, for me he just isnt anywhere near Premier League quality and doesn't have the attitude either, he looked on par with players who looked knackered after they had been on for the full game, there was times he could have chased down balls and he just didnt move.

6 Premier League goals he has since he broke into the team over 3 seasons ago now?

Needs to be playing 90 minutes every game. He's not a good enough footballer to improve by himself, he needs to be bossed around. Would do brilliantly on loan I reckon.

For sure, I'd be happy if we let Anichebe & Rodwell both go on loan to Cardiff / Wolves as part of some sort of deal for either Ledley or Kightley...

Better to let the pair of them get regular 90min run outs, be as well throwing Castillo, Jutkiewicz or vd. Meyde on for these 5min cameos - seriously, even if we're chasing a goal, Vic's not any more likely to provide/score it than anyone else really...

against the [Poor language removed] he looked one of our best players, he won the corner that lead to the goal, and he seemed to be one of the fastest players on the pitch.

Like any other player, he needs more time on the pitch to improve.

But up until lately, he's been used sparingly or as a late match substitution.

I'd like to see him get loaned out to play regularly but due to our injury situation, I don't see Moyes letting him go right now.

Yeah, I would too. Preston would take him but we can afford the striker shortage.... at least until Feb. 2 when we will be flush with strikers again. (y)

He has showed nothing like his form of last season. I think his pace has dropped off and could be some thing in his mental state, perhaps confidence lacking. But does look as though he needs a big kick up the arse and stop watching videos of Drogba ffs.

The way he is shaping though leaves a lot to be desired and at the moment agree with all not good enough.

He was on for less than 10 mins, FFS give the lad a break

Ive been impressed with some of his recent performences and his ability to switch positions, though i dont think he will ever be a regular goalscorer i see him as the type of player, who tenderises defenders and makes oppurtunites and offers options for others, wheather thats as a starter or a squadie remains to be seen.
